Rotational Grazing
We deeply care for our soil and its long-term health by consciously avoiding the practice of overgrazing. To achieve this, we move our sheep frequently, adhering to the guideline: Take half, leave half. For example, if there happens to be 10 inches of lush grass, we carefully relocate the sheep once it has been grazed down to about 5 inches. This sustainable grazing method not only helps keep the grass healthy and robust but also encourages our sheep to explore and discover new, fresh pastures, promoting a balanced ecosystem on our farm.
